International Property Directory was created out of isolation from the Property World. We have been assciated with Real Estate, Estate Agents, Property, New Homes Builders for years and on visiting an exhibition I thought it would be a useful tool for the public to have to just visit one site that had property and links to associated companies. Hence the need for Real Estate Agents and Builders. This is called a directory as it was intended to be the one-stop-click for links. I have made it more interesting than most directories as it is more visual. I find nearly all true blue directories I visit hard work and very very boring.
If anyone wants to post a property it is probably one of the cheapest property portals around. Many offer a free listing but I do not think that cahrginga small fee to cover labour is out of the ordinary.
Real Estate Agents are free to add a listing at any time but we do check that they are real sites.
