Our luxury, privately owned villa is a detached property located in Rotonda, a residential community in Charlotte County, South West Florida. The villa backs onto a freshwater canal where fishing is allowed. Seven golf courses are within five miles. Shops and restaurants are within a short driving distance.
The spacious carpeted lounge with cable TV/VCR and hi-fi music system and is comfortably furnished. Sliding patio doors open to the pool deck area. The adjoining dining facility has a table and six chairs and pool access is through French doors. There are further sliding patio doors from the dining area.
